Today's Routine
1. Jumping Jacks
Do 3 sets of 20 reps to warm up your body.
2. Push-Ups
Perform 3 sets of 10 reps. Keep your back straight.
3. Squats
Complete 3 sets of 15 reps to strengthen your legs.
4. Plank
Hold for 30 seconds. Repeat 3 times to build core strength.
5. High Knees
Run in place for 30 seconds, raising knees to waist level.
